Lucy Marsland

Atelier Ten

Trained as a structural engineer at the University of Melbourne, Lucy is a passionate advocate for thoughtful, resilient, and environmentally sensitive buildings that empower and connect people with their communities.
Lucy is leading Atelier Ten’s Materials and Embodied Carbon practice, facilitating holistic sustainability for communities and buildings through radical collaboration. They were recently recognised as GBCA’s Future Green Leader 2023 and engage in industry as a co-chair for MECLA’s Measurement working group. They provide studio support at the Melbourne School of Design Masters of Architecture and have contributed to industry through publications for AIRAH’s Ecolibrium Journal and speaking events for CIBSE, Institute of Structural Engineers and ALCAS.
