Event Safety Guidelines

The Circularity team are dedicated to ensuring our attendees can connect, network and do business in a COVIDSafe environment at our events.

Face-to-face interaction is the foundation of building strong relationships. In-person events create the necessary push for business to happen and have significant ROI implications.

We understand the importance of events like Circularity to support business and economic growth. We’re working with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an innovative COVID-safe event with a strong focus on ensuring the safety of attendees, adhering to all guidelines and restrictions. Being held for the first time in-person this year, we are going above and beyond to ensure we provide the safest and more innovative attendee experience in a more controlled and COVIDSafe environment for our industry.

Staying Safe at Circularity

We’re leveraging new technology and innovation to deliver an event experience which is better suited to the current climate we’re all facing. This includes a range of protective measures to ensure Circularity is a safe and controlled environment to do business within COVID-19 guidelines:

Venue Entry Requirements

We follow advice from the State Government and operate under our venue protocols for our attendance guidelines. For the most current information regarding vaccination status and entry to the venue, please contact the Grand Hyatt Melbourne via live chat here. Alternatively, you can call or email the hotel.

Should the Government or venue guidelines change around health advice and vaccination status, we will continue to operate and follow the recommended guidelines. We advise visitors to check the guidelines prior to attending.

We also recommend that visitors regularly check VIC Health and Australian Department of Health websites for the most up to date public health advice.

Irrespective of the current situation and for the foreseeable future, we will continue our duty of care to all our attendees and customers and will continue to implement the additional health and safety and cleaning measures at all of our events.
