Speaker Profile

Paul Sparks is an Industrial Designer and the Director of Sustainability at Diadem. His career spans 20 years specialising in delivering signage, wayfinding, fit out and digital systems for leading brands such as Qantas, Commonwealth Bank, Citibank, Team Global Express as well as many more across Europe, Africa, USA and Asia-Pacific.

He has brought "hands on" experience developing Environmentally Sustainable Design improvements to projects where clients would not have considered it before. This includes expertise in the field of Circularity and as it applies to the built environment bringing all stakeholders on board through workshops, training and outreach.

Paul works to bring a whole-of-practice Sustainability Framework for Diadem’s projects which has included de-carbonising of projects, the development of technology platforms, and the refinement of design and delivery processes to enable impactful change.
