For more than 25 years, Lucy has worked as a sustainability professional for the private, not-for-profit and government sectors. Her roles have covered environmental law and planning, community sustainability, policy development and strategic planning as well as stakeholder education and engagement.
As Director of Sustainability for the Bradfield Development Authority Lucy leads the design and implementation of the Sustainability and Resilience Strategy for Bradfield City Centre – the new city being built in Western Sydney. The Strategy paves the way for community-centric outcomes across circular economy, nature positive, net zero and climate-preparedness.
Lucy has co-chaired the Property Council of Australia’s National Circular Economy Working Group and was Chair of the Barangaroo South Sustainability Committee. She is currently the Chair of Macquarie University’s Smart Green Cities Research Centre.
