After spending most of his career in Major events, Lucan decided to align his work with his ethics and values by becoming a consultant in the environmental and social impact areas. Lucan works mostly in the circular economy space and he is a board member fo Circular Economy Victoria.

Upon reading an article pointing out that 60-80% of wine's total carbon footprint comes from the glass bottle, Lucan decided to combine his long held passion for wine with his events and consultancy experience to create No Offence Wines, a business on a mission to create circular wine solutions for events.
