Kate Noble leads SV Lab for Sustainability Victoria, which is an in-house think-tank of public policy analysts, engineers, behaviour change experts and social researchers. Her role is to collaborate across government, industry and the research community to deliver strategic insights on circular economy and climate change. The SV Lab produces the annual State of Sustainability Report on community attitudes, and current research focusses on circular economy opportunities for high emissions materials and the renewable energy transition; as well as the future jobs and skills needed for a circular economy.
