Erika Martin is the Head of Sustainability for Country Road Group. In this role Erika’s responsibilities include overseeing the Group’s sustainability strategy, industry partnerships and related disclosures. A sustainability professional with more than 10 years’ experience across fashion and beauty industries, Erika is passionate about working with organisations and their supply chains to embed responsible and circular practices. Prior to Country Road Group, Erika’s roles included Head of Ethics and Sustainability at ELK, and Sustainability Manager at Aesop.
