Chris is the CEO of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO), Australia’s packaging system co-regulator. With a career dedicated to driving change in complex environments, Chris partners with governments and industry to improve the environmental performance of and circular outcomes for packaging.

He has deep expertise and a record of success in sustainability, product stewardship, emissions reduction, and the circular economy. This includes delivering outcomes for packaging, products, and supply chains in brands such as Kmart, Target, and Anko across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and North America.

Chris’ leadership at APCO is focused on driving change to advance circular outcomes and sustainable practices by addressing economic gaps across Australia’s packaging system.
