Caitlyn Brooksbank, Group Sustainable Sourcing Manager at Coles, oversees sustainable sourcing policies, programs and initiatives for Coles Own Brand products and packaging. This includes initiatives across high-impact forest, land, agriculture and seafood commodities, animal welfare and sustainable packaging.

Caitlyn has worked within the sustainability industry since 2013, primarily focused on sustainable supply chains and reducing the environmental and social impacts of business. Caitlyn has extensive experience collaborating with business, industry, NGOs and advocacy groups to support positive environmental outcomes and purposeful communication initiatives to increase awareness and consumption of more sustainable products.
