Ben’s work is focused around ESG and Circular Economy Advisory, with 26 years international experience he advises private & public sector clients on how to drive value from their ESG agenda. Over his career Ben has advised multiple place-based precinct developments on how to design and operate infrastructure assets in manner that optimises resource efficiency and uses principles of circularity in the layout, choice of core utilities and precinct facilities to support tenants decarbonise their manufacturing activities and develop resource exchanges between tenants. His special interest area is measurement, reporting and verification solutions for monitoring emissions, material flows the circularity levels of regions and precincts. Ben has led the development of ecosystem monitoring solutions and methods for measuring materiality across the built environment. He advises clients on scope 1,2 and 3 emissions monitoring and abatement, and conducts ESG assessments for clients to understand the regulations and standards current and emerging that they need to align with. Ben is one of the founders of the Bega Circular Valley program and member of the Regional Circularity Cooperative.
