Ainsley is the CEO of Seamless, the National Clothing Product Stewardship Scheme, creating a circular clothing economy by 2030. With an MBA and post-graduate degree in science; sustainable planning and management has been central to her career in public and private sector roles. Prior to joining Seamless, she led the Infrastructure Sustainability Council; administering a globally recognised ESG performance benchmark for infrastructure across ANZ. An advocate for the UN-SDGs and champion for climate action, she has led multiple industry partnerships for a resilient, inclusive transition. Ainsley is passionate about people, nature and power tools – and an ally to women with leadership aspirations.
