As Principal, Circular Economy & Lifecycle Thinking, Justin has led award-winning cross-sector sustainability strategy and initiatives in the public and private sectors for 12 years, with a focus on cost-efficient material optimisation and decarbonisation. He has worked extensively in market-based value chains, multi-government strategic procurement of recycled content products, and CE policy, legislation and regulation.
Justin co-founded sustainability initiatives Responsible Cafes and Responsible Runners, previously managed Boomerang Alliance campaigns for container deposits, waste tyre regulations, and bans on single-use plastics, and is a permaculturalist and Green Star Associate. He contributes to a number of advisory committees for local government, circular economy and standards development. He holds a Master of International Affairs in Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University.
